If we are turning off the entire page we dont need to put anything too permanent, maybe a link to their Telegram group @cheqd. I will update the documentation portal with more detailed information.

so is there any change needed here or no? if anything id just link to the documentation portal, or show nothing as its likely they came to the migration section from another page/announcement
